Design
If you need new artwork or your design needs resizing or editing. Our in-house design team will make the changes and even create a brand new design based on your vision.

Print
Once your artwork is print ready, customize your bag details, upload your design and place your 60% deposit. Direct-print technology means no screens, no plates, no setup fees. Just edge to edge print.

Deliver
Your order ships directly from our production facility. We send video and picture once complete. The remaining 40% balance is due before shipment, tracking is sent the day after the balance is paid.

Order & Process
What's your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 300 units for most bag sizes. Smaller sizes (4Ć6 and under) have a 500-unit minimum. There's no minimum on the number of designs, you can have as many design variations as you like within your order.
How long does production take?
Production averages 7 business days from artwork approval, with a range of 7ā10 business days depending on order volume and complexity. Rush orders may be available, contact us to discuss.
What's the total turnaround time door to door?
From artwork approval to delivery, total turnaround is 15ā18 days. This includes 7 business days of production and 3ā5 days of worldwide shipping. Delays at customs are rare but outside our control.
How does the 60/40 deposit structure work?
We require a 60% deposit to start production. The remaining 40% is due before your order ships. We'll send an invoice when your order is ready. This structure is designed to make cash flow easier for growing brands.
Do you offer a proof before I commit?
Yes, we provide a free digital proof (a full-colour mockup of your bag) within 1 business day of receiving your order for you to confirm before we commit to print.
Design & Artwork
What file format do I need to submit?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files. Vector formats (AI, PDF, EPS) are preferred for the sharpest output. If you only have a logo or rough idea, our team can help prepare print-ready artwork.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. If you need help with layout, artwork setup, or full design from scratch, we offer design services as an add-on. Contact us to discuss your needs before ordering.
Can I order multiple sizes in one order?
Yes, you can order multiple sizes and multiple designs in a single order. Each size needs to meet its own MOQ. The deposit is calculated on the combined order total, so you only pay once.
Product & Finishes
What finishes are available?
We offer 6 finishes: Matte, Gloss, Soft Touch, Holographic, Spot Gloss, and Spot Holographic. Each finish has different light and tactile properties. We recommend requesting a sample pack if you're deciding between finishes.
Are your bags food-safe?
Yes. Our mylar bags are made from food-grade materials suitable for direct food contact. They are heat-sealable and provide an excellent moisture and oxygen barrier, ideal for freeze-dried food, candy, snacks, coffee, and supplements.
Are your bags smell-proof and child-resistant?
Our bags are smell-proof by design due to the multi-layer mylar construction. Child-resistant (CR) zipper closures are available as an add-on for +$150 per order,commonly required for cannabis packaging in regulated markets.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a full range of mylar bag sizes from 3.5Ć4.5" up to 10Ć14", covering everything from single-serve to bulk packaging. Custom sizes are available for larger orders. See our size guide for dimensions and recommended fill weights by product type.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes ā we ship to every country worldwide. Our production facility ships directly to your door. Import duties and customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders worldwide. No minimum spend required. We use reliable international couriers with full tracking. Delivery takes 3ā5 business days from dispatch for most destinations.
