Do you offer degassing valves for freshly roasted coffee?
Yes. One-way degassing valves are available as an add-on and are essential for freshly roasted coffee. They let CO2 escape from the roasted beans without letting oxygen in, which protects freshness and prevents the bag from inflating. Get in touch to add a valve to your order.
Are your bags food-safe for coffee and tea?
Yes. All our bags are made with FDA-compliant food-grade materials safe for direct coffee and tea contact. The multi-layer mylar construction also provides a strong aromatic barrier that keeps your product smelling and tasting exactly as intended.
What is the minimum order quantity?
All stand-up pouch sizes start at 300 units per size. You can order multiple sizes in the same order and each size needs to meet its own MOQ. There is no minimum on the number of designs per order.
How fast can I get a reorder turned around?
Reorders with the same approved artwork go straight into production. 7 business days to print, then 3 to 5 days shipping worldwide. We keep your files on file so you never have to resubmit from scratch.
Can I get a tin tie or heat-seal closure instead of a zipper?
Our standard bags come with a resealable zipper closure. For tin tie or heat-seal options, submit a quote request and we will work out the details with you based on your volume and format requirements.
