Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
All standard sizes start at 300 units per size. You can order multiple sizes in the same order and each size needs to meet its own MOQ. There is no minimum on the number of designs per order.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer 13 standard sizes ranging from 3×3" flat pouches to 13×15" stand up pouches. If you need a custom size, submit a quote request and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
How do I place an order?
Use our order configurator to select your size, quantity, and finish. You will see live pricing instantly. Submit a 60% deposit to start your order. We send a free 3D mockup for approval before anything goes to print.
How does the deposit work?
You pay 60% upfront to lock in your order and start production. The remaining 40% is invoiced separately once your project is complete. We send photo and video of the finished product before shipment — you verify quality before we ship and collect the balance.
Can I order multiple sizes or designs in one order?
Yes. You can add unlimited sizes to a single order. Each size needs to meet the 300-unit minimum. All sizes ship together in one shipment with one deposit.
How do I place a reorder?
Use our reorder form with your previous order number. Your artwork is already on file so we go straight to production. Invoice sent within 12 hours.
Production
How long does production take?
7 business days from artwork approval to your project printed and ready to ship. Production does not begin until you approve the 3D mockup we send you.
Where are the bags manufactured?
All projects are produced at our production facility in Shenzhen, China using FDA-compliant food-grade materials. We have been working with our manufacturing partner for over 9 years.
What printing method do you use?
We use direct-print technology — full color, edge-to-edge printing directly onto the packaging material. No labels, no stickers, no sleeves. The print is part of the product itself.
What finishes are available?
Six finish options: Matte, Gloss, Soft Touch, Holographic, Spot Gloss, and Spot Holographic. Each finish is priced differently and affects the look and feel of your final product.
Are the bags food-safe?
Yes. All packaging is made with FDA-compliant food-grade materials with a multi-layer mylar construction that provides moisture and oxygen barrier protection. Safe for direct food contact.
Do you offer child-resistant (CR) packaging?
Yes. CR zippers are available as a +$150 add-on for cannabis and hemp packaging. The child-resistant mechanism is built into the zipper closure.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
3 to 5 business days worldwide via DHL or FedEx Express after production is complete. Tracking is provided with every order. Total turnaround from artwork approval to delivery is typically 15 to 18 days. We send photo and video confirmation of the finished product before it ships.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping is included in all pricing. No hidden fees, no surprise duties or surcharges at delivery.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to every country worldwide. Our pricing includes shipping to any destination. If you have concerns about a specific region, contact us and we will confirm.
Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?
Duties and customs fees are typically included and handled on our end. In rare cases depending on the destination country, local customs may assess additional fees. We will let you know upfront if your destination is likely to incur any additional costs.
Design & Artwork
Do I need to have my own artwork ready?
No. You can upload your own print-ready artwork, or purchase our design service for a $150 flat fee. Our in-house team designs your packaging from scratch with unlimited revisions. You can also download a dieline template and design it yourself.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum). Files should be designed within our dieline template for best results.
Do I get a mockup before production?
Yes, always. Every order includes a free 3D mockup that shows exactly how your finished product will look. Nothing goes to production until you approve the mockup. If you purchased our design service, a designer reaches out within 1 business day.
Will the printed bag match the mockup exactly?
Yes. Our direct-print process produces accurate, consistent color reproduction. What you see in the mockup is what you get on the finished product. Minor variations in finish sheen are normal but the colors and artwork will match.
Payment & Refunds
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and ACH transfers for larger orders.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel at any time before approving the mockup for a full refund. Once the mockup is approved and production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. If you purchased a design service, a partial refund of the print portion may be available if production has not started.
Do you accept refunds?
We do not accept refunds on custom printed products unless the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved mockup. We send photo and video of every completed project before shipment so you can verify quality before it leaves our facility.
Privacy & Intellectual Property
Do you share my designs with anyone?
Never. All custom orders, designs, and printing projects are solely the property of the customer. Your artwork and designs are never shared with anyone outside our production team. Only the original creator or purchaser has access to design files and the ability to reorder.
Will you post my designs on social media?
We may feature completed work on our social channels to showcase our capabilities. If you prefer your order to remain private, let us know and we will not post it. We are also open to signing NDAs.
