Order Process

Submit Order

Once your order is submitted, our design team will reach out to confirm the design that was uploaded or to start creating your own custom design. There are no limits to revisions, we want your packaging to look exactly how you want it!

Design & Proofing

Once the design is finalized we will send you a proof of the design via email for you to approve before we begin production.

NO orders will begin production until approval of the print proof is received.

Production

Once approved, production will start. Production times vary so check the specific product type description. Normally production times range between 3 to 12 business days. Except during sales periods where they are extended to 4-6 weeks to account for volume.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, our team will reach out via email with picture & video of your finished custom product. 1-2 days later tracking will be provided. We use Fedex Express or DHL Express for all orders.

Free Shipping Worldwide! All our orders ship with Fedex Express or DHL Express. Every order will have tracking associated and will be dispatched from our production facility. If there are any issues with tracking, please contact us directly at info@made2ordermerch.com.

We provide refunds if the product is damaged or not usable. We wait to produce any custom items until the client has approved the print proof to ensure your design is accurate and to the desired specifications.
