What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 500 units. You can order in increments of 250 after that — 500, 750, 1,000, 1,250 and so on up to 5,000. For quantities over 5,000, contact us for a custom quote.
How does size bracket pricing work?
Pricing is grouped into size brackets rather than exact dimensions. As long as your sticker fits within the bracket dimensions — for example, anything up to 3x3 inches or 2x4 inches falls in the Medium bracket — you pay the bracket price. Enter your exact dimensions in the configurator and select the matching bracket.
What file format do you need?
PDF, AI, or EPS with fonts outlined and at least 300 DPI for raster elements. Colours should be in CMYK. For die-cut stickers, include a separate cut line layer in your file. Contact us if you need guidance on setting up your artwork.
What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?
Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through both the sticker and the backing, resulting in individual stickers in any custom shape. Kiss-cut stickers are only cut through the sticker layer, leaving the backing sheet intact — great for sticker sheets or when you want a white border around your design for easy peeling.
How does the 60/40 deposit work?
You pay 60% upfront to lock in your order. The remaining 40% is invoiced after production is complete and before your stickers ship. You can also pay in full upfront if you prefer — just select Pay in Full at checkout.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our stickers are printed on premium vinyl stock and are waterproof and UV resistant. They hold up to outdoor use, moisture, and general wear. Gloss and holographic finishes add an additional layer of protection.
