Before You Start
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 300 units. Boxes start lower. Labels can go as low as 250 units. There is no minimum on the number of designs per order, so you can split 300 units across multiple flavors, strains, or SKUs.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
About 15 days from the moment you approve your print proof. That breaks down to 7 business days of production (average) and 3 to 5 days of shipping. We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, or DHL with full tracking included.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. The price we quote is the price you pay, delivered to your door. We don't add shipping at checkout, invoice it separately, or inflate the unit cost to cover freight. Shipping is included in every order, worldwide.
What if I don't have artwork or a designer?
We have an in-house design team that can create your packaging artwork from scratch. First mockup delivered in 2 business days, with unlimited revisions until you're happy. Learn more about our design service.
Can I see a bag sample before ordering a full run?
Yes, on bags. We offer a $99 custom bag sample printed with your actual design on the bag size you plan to order. It's production quality, not a digital mockup. The $99 is credited toward your first full order, so it's part of your order, not an extra cost. Samples aren't available for boxes or labels yet, but you can talk to our team about those. Where is your production facility?
Our production facility is in Shenzhen, China. Our design and customer service teams are in Toronto, Canada and Columbus, Ohio. We ship directly from production to your door to keep turnaround fast and costs low. All communication, proofing, and support is handled by our North American team.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards. Payment can be in full or split 60/40: 60% deposit to start production, 40% balance due before shipment, after you have received photos and video of the finished product. You see what you're getting before you pay the rest.
