What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 300 units per size and finish combination. There is no maximum. Pricing decreases significantly as quantity increases, which you can see live in the configurator.
How long does production take?
Production takes an average of 7 business days from the time you give final approval on your print proof. Shipping takes an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive photos and video of your finished bags before they ship.
What file format do you need for my artwork?
We accept PDF, AI, and EPS files with fonts outlined. Raster elements should be at least 300 DPI. All colours should be in CMYK. If you are using white ink (required for clear or foil bags), ensure white is set up as a spot colour. Download our free dieline template to set up your artwork correctly.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Select "Need Design" in the artwork dropdown when configuring your order. Our design team will create your custom bag artwork for a flat fee of $150. This includes unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy. A designer will reach out within 1 business day of your order.
How does the 60/40 deposit payment work?
When you place your order you pay a 60% deposit. This locks in your order and covers production costs. The remaining 40% balance is invoiced separately once production is complete and before your bags ship. You can also choose to pay in full upfront by selecting "Pay in Full" at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping is included on every order. Our production facility ships directly to your door whether you are in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, or anywhere else. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days after production is complete.
What add-ons are available?
All add-ons are priced flat per order, not per unit. Available options: standard reclosable zipper (included), CR child-resistant zipper (+$150), hang hole in circle or sombrero shape (included), tear notch (included), clear window (included), and degassing valve for coffee and tea (+$125). CR zipper and degassing valve are the only paid add-ons.
Can I order multiple SKUs or designs in the same order?
Yes. If you need multiple designs on the same bag size, each additional SKU (unique design) is +$75. The minimum quantity of 300 units applies to the total order, not per SKU. Contact us if you have a complex multi-SKU order and we will help you get it set up correctly.
What if my bags have a defect or quality issue?
Any defective bags due to printing errors or structural defects on our end are reprinted free of charge. We send photos and video before shipping so you can confirm everything looks right. If a defect slips through, reach out and we will make it right immediately.
